Heralded as one of the most compassionate teachers on the coast. Isabel owns the longest running studio in Cabarita Beach.

Isabel is fully qualified, having gained a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Sussex in 1989 and has continued her healing journey over the last 30 years to add many qualifications including Traditional Chinese medicine, yoga therapist & Zen Thai Shiatsu Therapist.
