Absolutely!  If you have any concerns please make a private
appointment with me.  I have worked with clients with broken feet,
hip & knee replacements, extensive burns.


Yoga is not about the body, it is about the mind.  If we are untrained
we practice without awareness & it is a purely muscular experience,
with conditioning we aim to have constant attention within the body,
hus achieving meditation in action.
